Join us this May for FREE Workout Saturdays! We're bringing the WORKOUT to YOU, Brandon! We will highlight a different workout FREE to the public on May 12th, May 19th, & May 26th! All ages welcome-- bring your families & let's have some fun!
The three consecutive “May Free Workouts” (May 12th, 19th and 26th) will be lead by personal trainers or gym staff members and they are designed for people of every fitness level. The workouts will feature a different style workout each day.
May 12th will be Yoga Fusion taught by Leigh Zirbel
May 19th will be a Bootcamp style workout taught by Kaycee Albertson
May 26th will be ZUMBA led by Mari Merchant
Our instructors are extremely qualified and some of the best around. You will not be disappointed!

WHO: People of every fitness level
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: Participants should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle.
