Salary: compensation is determined based on relevant experience and skills.
 
Retention Bonus: $4,000 available over the first year
 
Job Description:
 
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN Supervisor to join our team at Bethany Meadows Home. As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible in and out times for your shift.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of med aides and nursing staff during the assigned shift.
- Monitor and assess resident health and administer medications as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all nursing home policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide support and guidance to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate resident records.
 
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in South Dakota.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance.
